Here is a look at a custom LEGO Haunted House 10228 Apartment. It is built from the original LEGO Monster Fighters set and created from a set of plans purchased from Brick City Depot called the “Mansard Row Apartment” MOC .

While it has been modified and detailed, the original design comes from Brian Lyles and uses parts from the official LEGO Monsters Fighters “Haunted House” (10228).

While the original Haunted House is quite cool, it is odd-shaped and very large. It also does not fit in the concept of my city nor do I have the space for it. This version allows me to use the parts and, at the same time, fits my town.

I did add my own modifications to the design to further improve it. For one, in the original design, there is no access to each of the levels in the apartment, which does not make sense. So, I built a set of stairs at the back and added a small balcony as well as fire escape to the roof. I also detailed the interior completely.
