Check out three custom LEGO Pop up Stores that are small builds which have a place in almost every LEGO city. I call them pop-up stores as they are self-contained and portable. They are also open in the back with no walls/ doors, although you can easily build them in if you want.
Pop-up stores are common in shopping malls and town centers. One can consider them high-end market stalls. However, unlike market stalls in a market or fair, pop-up stores have their own distinct aesthetic design and signage, while market stalls tend to be homogeneous.
I have built several different pop-up stores over my brick-building “career” and all of them measure 12 (L) x 10 (W) studs in area size. Their size is the only consistent characteristic among the builds and I try to make each pop-up store different in design and function.
