This might possibly be the most realistic LEGO Pizza Hut restaurant MOC ever built. What do you think?
It is built on a 32 x 32 stud base plate and is highly detailed on the exterior and interior.
I designed it to look like real-life modern Pizza Hut restaurants such as these ones:
