This is the third episode in The Small Brick Town Project series dedicated to mini-scale LEGO modular buildings that are built in an area space of 12 studs (W) x 16 studs (D). This episode focuses on transforming the LEGO Parkstreet Townhouse (31065) into a mini-modular building.
All the buildings are MiniFig-scale and are perfect projects if you do not have to space or size for full-sized modular buildings.
The entire facade of the original building is kept intact but it has been redesigned to separate at levels and the interior has been detailed. This has proved to be one of the most popular YouTube videos for the Small Brick Town Project series.
Small Brick City explores creating amazing Lego displays and custom cities with official sets, modified builds, MOCs (my own creations), small build video tutorials and how-to videos; with a focus on working with small spaces.
J C is an AFOL (Adult Fan of LEGO®) and is particularly interested in creating LEGO cities. Due to practical reasons, his focus is on building impressive city layouts in small spaces.
His background as an entertainer and production designer has helped him conceptualize and design entertaining LEGO cities with interactive elements built within a confined space.
