In 2015, LEGO released a Flower Cart poly bag, set 40140. While it was an adequate build the cart was a bit too high for a Minifigure and the design also caused the build to be a bit fragile and parts could easily break apart when handled.

This is a reMOC (redesign) of the flower cart so that the build is much sturdier, and the height is more Minifig-scale. The design also gives more space for flowers of different types to be displayed.

This build will fit even the most discerning LEGO city builder.
