It is an inset building and has a small backyard with garden.

This build is part of our tiny modular building series that are 1/4 the size of standard LEGO expert modular buildings. They measure 8 studs wide x 32 studs deep and are highly detailed on the exterior and interior.

The tiny modulars have 3 levels each and each floor has a concept and are detailed accordingly. They are designed to be placed together with standard expert modular buildings and the front sidewalks line up perfectly.
